How do I update my account details?

Click on your avatar on the top right corner of your dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select “My Account” to change your user details and password.

Can I delete my account?

We'd hate to see you go! Although if you must, contact us on support@emailable.com or customer support chat, to delete your account.

Where can I see how many credits I have left?

Again, go to the avatar on the top right corner of your dashboard. In the dropdown menu, you will see your current total credit count.

How do I buy more credits?

Navigate to the top of your dashboard and select "Buy Credits". You also can do so in the billing page in your dashboard.

Can I share my account and credits with my team?

Team accounts allow your team to share one dashboard with individual logins. This way, your team can share credits and access lists that have already been verified.

Invite team members in your dashboard by going to "Account" and inviting them via email.

Is my data safe?

We are committed to providing maximum security for your data and understand its seriousness. For the purpose of identifying whether an email address exists, the verification happens in an online, fully automated system.

To this end, any files that you upload on the system (in bulk verification), get automatically deleted after 30 days. Please read about our Privacy Policy here.
