Connecting to Listrak



After signing in to your Emailable account, click the "Get Started" button. A new modal will appear requesting you select a source. 




Click the Listrak option to sign into your Listrak account and grant permission to Emailable. 



Return to the Listrak Dashboard



Return to your Listrak account and set up the Emailable integration in their panel. To do this, go to: https://admin.listrak.com/Integrations



Click the blue “New Integration” button to connect the Emailable integration.



Under “Email API”, click the “Integrate” button.



Click the “Setup Integration” button.



Complete three steps on this page: 

Name the integration “Emailable” on this page.
Under “Access Levels”, select: List and Contact.
Under "IP Address Whitelist", check "Disable IP Address Whitelist".

Listrak setup has now been completed.

Return to the Emailable dashboard to begin cleaning your lists.

Verifying Listrak Contacts or Leads



Once access has been granted, you'll be prompted on your Emailable dashboard to select a source from your existing Listrak contacts or leads. 



After importing the list, click "Begin Verification" and watch your emails verify in real time. Once verification is complete, click "View Results" to view and analyze the health of your Listrak data.

Export Data Back to Listrak



In the results page, you'll find the Export tab at the top of the dashboard. A new modal will appear showing the option of including/excluding specific verification categories and filters in your export. After making your selection, click "Send To Listrak".



You'll receive a notification that the export is being sent to Listrak, and you'll receive an email notification once the export is complete.
