Integrating with Brevo
Connecting to Brevo
After signing in to your Emailable account, click the "Get Started" button, or the "+ New List" if you have already verified a list with us. A new modal will appear requesting you select a list source.
Click the Brevo option. You'll be prompted to go into your Brevo account to get your API Key. Copy the API key and enter it into your Emailable dashboard.
After adding your API key you'll be prompted to select a list from your existing Brevo contacts.
Verifying a Brevo List
Once access has been granted, you'll be prompted on your Emailable dashboard to select a list from your existing Brevo audience.
After importing the list, click "Begin Verification" and watch your list verify in real time. Once verification is complete, click "View Results" to view and analyze the health of your Brevo data.
Export Data Back to Brevo
In the results page, you'll find the Export tab by clicking on your list, and then going to the navigation bar on the left. A new modal will appear showing the option of including/excluding specific verification categories and filters in your export, all others will be blacklisted. After making your selection, click "Send To Brevo."
You'll receive a notification that the export is being sent to Brevo, and you'll receive an email notification once the export is complete.
Troubleshooting connection errors with Brevo
A common setting in Brevo accounts is to block non-whitelisted IP addresses from connecting to your Brevo account. This may lead to you receiving an error message when trying to use your existing Brevo integration or when connecting a new Brevo integration.
To resolve this, disable blocking unknown IP addresses. Brevo documents the process of disabling this setting in their help documentation.
