What information do Deliverability Inbox Reports provide?

Deliverability inbox reports are composed of several parts:


  • Insights
  • Authentication
  • Placement
  • Spam assassin
  • Link validation
  • Image validation
  • Blacklists


Insights:


This panel provides a summary of your report. The information on this panel refers to all of the analyzed data in a simplified overview. Press any of the different information boxes to be taken directly to that panel of the report.


The insight panel will look like this



Authentication


The authentication panel provides information regarding DKIM, SPF, and DMARC fields. These are protocols of email authentication.



Placement:


This panel provides information about your actual placement for the displayed domains below.



SpamAssassin


A SpamAssassin score ranks the likelihood of an email being labeled as spam.



Link Validation & Image Validation


These panels offer information about the links present in your email and the image structure




Blacklists


This panel offers information regarding any blacklists your domain(s) or IP address(es) are currently on.



All of these panels consist of technical analysis of the content and placement of your email and your sender domain characteristics.
