How to generate shareable inbox reports?

Users can now share inbox reports with other users who don't have an Emailable account. If you want to share an Inbox Report with someone who doesn't have an Emailable login, you can share the report URL, with the share settings set to "Anyone with the link".

How to share the Inbox Reports?

Go to the Deliverability section on the emailable dashboard. Then click on Inbox Reports and select the report you want to share.

You can see the Visibility options - "Restricted" and "Anyone with the link".

• Restricted - Report can be only viewed by the authorized users with the emailable login access
• Anyone with the link - Anyone with this link can view the inbox report, there's no need to have the emailable login access

To share with a user who doesn't have an Emailable login. Click on "Anyone with the link" and copy the link.

Now share the copied link to the user and they can view the inbox report.
