How are duplicate emails handled in verification?

Each verification request is processed independently and every email address is reverified regardless of past knowledge. You will be charged for every email verification request, regardless of whether the email has been previously verified with our system.

However, if the duplicate emails are in the same list, you will not be charged twice.
